After getting several security camera installation quotes VIP Security Services was the most knowledgeable with an added bonus of being the most competitively priced!I thought I had an idea of what systems I wanted installed but Zoltan's product and industry knowledge was second to none. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of particular systems which narrowed the choices down and made the decision easier.Installation was done by John and Tom and their experience was shown through their workmanship. Unlike other installers John and Tom took the time to plan the work to reduce the use and visibility of conduit and concealed cabling.Highly recommend VIP Security Services!

At first I thought a rating of 4.8 from 308 reviews (now 309) was too good to be true. But I can confirm that my experience has been like the vast majority of others - very satisfying. It’s becoming increasingly difficult these days to get good, honest, and efficient service, but that’s exactly what these guys deliver. Tom was an absolute delight and was thorough and meticulous in his approach to the job. If I could just offer one suggested change which I would have appreciated and that’s being given a firm date to undertake the works at the time of paying the deposit. Other than that - a first class job all round!

I’ve had my CCTV system for seven years, but recently, I lost the connection to my mobile. I reached out to a couple of companies, and they all told me I needed to upgrade, suggesting I spend at least $2,000–$3,000 for a decent system.Thankfully, my neighbour recommended VIP Security. What an amazing experience with John!!After having several alarm techs come out to attempt to fix my bosch 6000 alarm system, with no success. John was able to rectify all my system issues with in a few hours. His 25 years experience really showed and he new exactly what shortcuts others had done to make it look like all system functions were normal. Wish l had called VIp earlier. Don't be alarmed by the cost of the call out fee and call VIP!Thanks John, regards Herb

I plucked VIP out of a Google search and was so lucky I did. From the moment the owner reached out, I knew I was in safe hands. He sent his technician out who was a true gentleman. He worked efficiently but was also up for a friendly chat, which made us feel at ease. Another tech (the owner’s son) came to put the finishing touches on our system and clearly explained the App functionality to us. Between the three guys, we couldn’t have been happier with the service and the system installed. It’s also reassuring that they are available for any queries post installation! I never do reviews, but just had to for VIP because they were so great. I highly recommend them and feel more secure with the system installed place.

He did a brilliant job in the heat (41 degrees outside). VIP Security lived up to its name. We felt like we were the VIPs. The two installers, Tom and John worked cleanly and were polite at all times. The new security equipment use was thoroughly explained before they left and have answered our operational questions since.It is the second time they have performed work for us and it will not be the last.
