This company is excellent. Regarding to the product and service, Zoltan explained very well before I made an order, he is nice and patient, price is great when you look at the product quality. For the installation, it is unbelievable. John was the person who did it, it was completed in a timely manner. He is nice and polite. I have to say this company is impeccable, have to give 10 stars.

I got my cameras and alarm system installed and the Job was done very quickly and efficiently. Our installer was John and he was very thorough with his knowledge of Alarms and cameras. He explained all about the system and answered all my question. Very nice person to deal with. I found VIP to be excellent to deal with. My first interaction was with Zoltan who was very informative and helped me quickly decide on the right security solution for my home. They were able to schedule for the installation to be done quickly and when John showed up to do the installation, I found him to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier.

Very satisfied with the services provided. Zoltan walked me through the the security features and explained the details in a simple to understand manner. Was provided with a quote shortly after and any of my queries were promptly responded to. Upon acceptance of the quote, Zoltan was able to send in their team within 2 days.

The installers were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were able to advise on any technical questions I had and address any concerns. Completed the installation quickly and guided me through the set up process to make sure everything was working.

VIP Security Services have just installed a HiLook 6MP security camera system at our home and the process could not have been better. From our first phone call and contact with Zoltan through to installation by his professional, friendly and knowledgeable team (Tom & John installed our system) great old fashioned service with a smile, along with all the advice and technical know how to install and setup perfectly.

My wife and I decided to add an additional camera shortly after the day of install which we regretted not installing after living with the system for a few days and noticing an unprotected area, and Zoltan was again quick to help and arrange an additional camera installed for us the next day!

V.I.P where helpful and very patient throughout our new home build. Installation was no problem for the skilled technicians even though plans changed multiple times yet they where available and willing to help with the best results.

Contacted VIP for a new alarm system for my home & spoke with the owner Zoltan & had a paradox system installed within a week. Unfortunately the system was faulty & I contacted Zoltan to advise it wasn’t working. John the engineer came back to look at it & tried to repair it but then recommended a different system- Bosch hybrid. John is an absolute legend! Extremely skilled, friendly & knowledgeable about what would best work in my home & this week came back again to install the brand new Bosch system which is brilliant. It’s extremely easy to use, key fobs & alarm pad are excellent & it’s just such peace of mind to have a fully working alarm system. Thank you very much Zoltan & John. Highly recommend!
