I recently had VIP install my CCTV system, and the service was outstanding. From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was completed within a few days. I can't recommend VIP highly enough, especially Tom and John, who did a fantastic job with the installation. I was so impressed with their service and quality that I had them install the same system at my parents' home just a week later. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and Good Quality work. I needed urgent replacement of old non-working security camera system. Zoltan and his technician visited next day to check and provide a quote. Price was competitive and on my request they scheduled work within a week and did good work in replacing master controller, cameras and reset the machine. John and Tom were very friendly. They listened to my requirements. I will definitely recommend VIP Security to anyone.

Thank you to both Zoltan and John for repairing / upgrading my existing Bosch alarm system. Having received a quote elsewhere that suggested a whole new alarm system, you were able to upgrade some of the components to the Bosch 3000 (with smart phone access) to get my alarm working again. Zoltan was helpful as the initial point of contact, whilst John was extremely thorough and considerate installing, checking and running through things with me. Just had the Bosch 6000 installed today.Have to say from my first phone call where I spoke to Zoltan and then to the install today by John I am absolutely impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this company.Zoltan provided me with all the information I required to help me choose which system was best for my situation and he answered all my questions.John came out and installed the system today and he was such a professional. Again answered all my questions and was very patient when showing me how to use the system.I would definitely recommend this company.

I was looking alarm system instalation through internet and came accross VIP Security. Contacted Zoltan on Monday and was quoted a very reasonable price. On Saturday, John came over to do the installation. He was on time (despite of )travelling from Springvalle to Point Cook!), very professional and patience in explaining all the function to me in lay man term. John also advised us the best spot to put our sensors and he did not try to "cheat" us by charging and using more sensors as other company would. John is very knowledgeable and diligent in doing his work. We feel safer now with VIP Security Services alarm installation. If i can give 7 stars, i would!!I will definitely use VIP Security service in the future and very happy to recommend them to all my family and friends.Keep up the good work VIP Security.Thank you Zoltan and John.The above post was almost 3 years ago.After almost 3 years of using the alarm installed by John, our external blue light is faulty. I called Zoltan because it is still under warranty claim and he promised to solve this in the next few days. John came over to replace the blue light with no cost., I only need to pay the call out fee... very professional and patience in explaining the potential issue that might happen with how the blue light might now be working. Always very happy with John and Zoltan for their amazing services. Thank you mate!Additional review:Few hours after the installation, I changed my ISP and my alarm is not connected to my new internet. It requires power cycle and contacted Zoltan. Within the next day, Zoltan organised for Tom to guide me through process to power cycle my alarm and it was successful. Tom was very professional and patient in guiding me. My alarm is working perfectly fine now and connected to my phone through the apps.Very happy with the after installation service and very professional. Can't recommend them high enough.Thanks Tom and Zoltan.

VIP Security Services have just installed a HiLook 6MP security camera system at our home and the process could not have been better. From our first phone call and contact with Zoltan through to installation by his professional, friendly and knowledgeable team (John & Tom installed our system) great old fashioned service with a smile, along with all the advice and technical know how to install and setup perfectly.My wife and I decided to add an additional camera shortly after the day of install which we regretted not installing after living with the system for a few days and noticing an unprotected area, and Zoltan was again quick to help and arrange an additional camera installed for us the next day!
